Warranty
Warranty Information
In the event that a defect resulting from design, manufacture, or material is discovered in component which composes the robot (hereafter: product), and the defect is confirmed by us or a service dealer designated by us, we will repair the product free of charge (hereafter; warranty repair).
Warranty repair is performed by the replacement of related part or the repair.
In warranty repair, we will cover the costs associated with the followings.
- Part fees to replace.
- Repair material fees used for the repair.
- Repair fee for the repair.
Other expenses, such as travel fare of our staff and the return shipping cost of broken product, are paid by customers.
For about items not covered by the warranty, refer to "Items Not Covered" which is described later in this content.
Warranty Period
Warranty period should be a period of 24 months from the shipment of the product. However, within the said period, the warranty is valid either; for a period of 18 months from the start of use, or up to 6,000 hours of operation (running) time.
For all repairs after the warranty period is over, we will provide paid repair services.
Items Not Covered
- Failures, which arise from one of the following, shall not be covered by the warranty even if the product is under warranty period.
- Failures caused by handling, maintenance, installation or disassembling/repair other than those specified in the related manuals;
- Failure caused by improper modification by you or a third party, or, failure caused by the use of a part, oil/grease, software other than those specified by us;
- Failure caused by a fire, salt damage, earthquake, storm/flood, abnormal voltage or other acts of God;
- Failure caused by the use of the product in an environment other than the environment specified in the related manuals, such as dust, water ingress, abnormal supply voltage and high air-pressure;
- Damage or malfunctions caused by relocation or transportation after installation and
- Items not covered in related manuals, such as;
- Failure caused by a worn-out consumable (e.g. natural discoloration of paint/plating, deterioration of consumable part like fan filter)
- Failure with no effects on product quality or function (e.g. mechanical noise of computer, motor sound, decelerator sound).
- We charge for following costs regardless of the warranty period.
- Maintenance, adjustment and cleaning
- Worn-out consumable and oil/grease (grease, battery, filter, bellows and others)
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid within the country where you purchased the product.
When transferring your robot to outside of the country of purchase, by doing the user registration of overseas transfer support from the following URL, your robot will be warranted just as in the country of purchase.

If a target robot has not been registered in the overseas transfer support, you can send the robot back to our dealer in the country of purchase for repair. The transfer fee of your robot shall be paid by customers.
