Name	Description
SYS	Turn on when the PROFINET IO Device board is activated.
SF	Turn off during the PROFINET IO Device board is in motion.
BF	Turn off when the connection is established.
LINK	Turn on when the PROFINET is connected with other PROFINET devices.
ACT	Blink when transmits/receives PROFINET frame.
