Examples of Changing Software Limits
If the robot interferes with other equipment, change the software limits to reduce the restricted space, as shown in the figure below. Also, if an air pipe or wire for end-effector control is pulled by the motion of the robot, change software limits to reduce the restricted space, as shown in the figure below.
When changing a software limit, set it to ensure that the robot moves within a range specified in the initial settings.
