Deadman Switch Interlock Window For Cooperative Control Function

The teach pendant shows the robot status and the motor ON/OFF state of the robot when the deadman switch turns ON.

Screen Descriptions

No	Function	Description
1	Display the robot and the Motor On/Off status		The orange icon indicates that the robot is specified as a leader and its motor power is ON. The character of "Leader" is not displayed when the follower is not specified.
			The blue icon indicates that the robot is specified as a follower and its motor power is ON.
			This indicates the motor power is OFF.
			This indicates that any robot is not selected.
2	Do not display from next time.	Specify whether to display the "Deadman switch interlock window" from the next time of deadman switch turning ON. This box is not checked at the default setting. When the box is not checked: Deadman switch interlock window will be displayed at the next time of the deadman switch turning ON. When the box is checked: Deadman switch interlock window will not be displayed from the next time of the deadman switch turning ON. This setting is valid until the power supply turning OFF.

This window closes when one of the following condition is met.

• When the deadman switch turns OFF.
• When one of the teach pendant hardware key from the OK key and moving direction keys is kept pressed for two seconds or more.
• When the screen is pressed. (Note that the window is not closed when either the check box of "Do not display from next time" or a character string is pressed.)

Example

• When only the leader robot is selected

• When the leader robot and the follower robot are selected
  

  Motor ON	Motor OFF

Settings For The Display of "Deadman Switch interlock window"

Operation path: [F6: Setting]-[F3: Pendant and Panel] – [F7: DSW interlock]

To display/conceal the Deadman switch interlock window for cooperative control function, turn ON/OFF the "Display motor status" on the "DSW interlock" window.

You can display the "Deadman switch interlock window for cooperative control function" window again after it is concealed by selecting the check box of "Do not display from next time".
