Before starting operations, check the items listed below every day.

- Some repair and replacement operations, shown in "What to do:" column, may involve special work. Contact the DENSO Robot Service Section.
- If robots have been idle due to production schedule or have been unused for a long time due to holiday, overload error may occur at the operation start. Jog the robot for fear of an overload error, and then gradually increase the speed.
Normal Operation of Cooling Fan
The normal operation of the cooling fan is as shown in the next figure.
