Warning and Caution Labels

The robot unit has warning and caution labels pasted as shown below. They alert the user to the dangers of the areas on which they are pasted. Be sure to observe the instructions printed on those labels.

Collision warning label	Serious injury can result from contact with the robot if it is running. (1) Never enter the motion space of the robot when it is running or the power is ON. (2) When entering the motion space for troubleshooting, be sure to cut off power to the robot motors by activating the emergency stop device, etc.	Collision warning labels are provided with the robot unit. Attach the labels in a position where they are easily seen, such as the entrance/exit of the safety fence. If required, provide a plate for attaching the labels.
Motor high temperature caution label	The surface of the motor may become hot depending on the operating conditions, which may give workers a burn if they touch it.
