After the controller startup, if the LED that indicates L/A does not light, cable disconnection or contact failure in connector is expected. Check the communication interface.
For HSR/ HSA1 Series Robots
When using a motor & encoder cable that is more than 12m for HSR/ HSA1 series robots, the motor & encoder cable should be wound twice around the ferrite core included in the package of motor & encoder cable.
