For clean room type, these are connected to “VALVE-OUT” (AIR2) of a connector panel.

Switching System: 3-Position, Exhaust Center Solenoid

When both solenoids A and B are deenergized or when the power is OFF, the valve is in the center position to exhaust the residual pressure of solenoids A and B.

This system is available for the VS-068 / 087.

Switching System: 3-Position, Closed Center Solenoid

When both solenoids A and B are deenergized or when the power is OFF, the valve is in the center position to hold the residual pressure of solenoids A and B.

This system is available for the VS-068 / 087.

In preparation for maintenances or an emergency, install an equipment to release the residual pressure between the hand and the valve by customer side.
