Connecting the Teach Pendant

Connect the teach pendant to the PENDANT connector on the robot controller.

Cautions in Connecting the Pendant Cable to the Controller

After connecting the pendant cable, do not apply pressure on the connector in either direction. Such pressure may cause a communications error.
When disconnecting the cable, unlock the connector and pull out the cable straight without twisting it.

Install a dummy connector in the PENDANT connector; otherwise, you cannot release emergency stop.
