Connect respective wire as shown below.

I/O Behaviors on the Slave Controller Side

| Emergency Stop | Slave controller stops when this signal is opened. | Link the slave to the master |
| Protective Stop | Slave controller stops when this signal is opened. | Short |
| Enable Auto | Motor OFF | Input the contactor output of the master controller |
| System Input | Slave controller does not react whichever signals are inputted. | Do not connect |
| System Output | All outputted signals except for "CPU Normal" are unreliable. | Do not connect |
Connection with an Upper Device (PLC)
Only a master controller connects with PLC.

Connection of Hand I/O
For Hand I/O, you need to establish connections for the master controller and slave controllers separately.
There is a dedicated command that allows accessing Hand I/O on the slave controller side.
