External Speed Settings

This sets the percentage (%) of the maximum speed.

Refer to "Speed, acceleration, and deceleration settings" of Function Guide for details of the speed.

Operation Procedures

Set the external speed to 20% or less at the beginning of robot operation. If you are manually operating the robot at high speed while unfamiliar with operation, it involves the risk of accidental collision with surrounding equipment.
Even when the robot is operating controlled by a program, the external speed, acceleration, and deceleration can be set. However, changing any of these settings makes it effective immediately and causes the robot to suddenly alter the speed. Please note that this is dangerous.
