Operation Procedure

License List

Press [AUX] to display [Aux. Function].

Select [Option] with the up and down cursor keys and then press [OK].

Select [Extension] and then press [OK].

The following [License List] window appears.

To end the auxiliary function setting, press [CANCEL].

If no selectable license key exists in the license list, the following message appears.

Press [OK] on [License List] to display the following [Function] window.

Different functions are available depending on the user permission given to a user account.

License Details

Select [Detail] with the up and down cursor keys and then press [OK] to display the following [Detail] window.

The following four items are displayed in the [Detail] window.

• -License key
• -License state
• -Registration date (for fixed-term license only)
• -Expiration date (for fixed-term license only)

Different license keys are displayed depending on the user permission as shown below.

Add License

Select [Add] with the up and down cursor keys and then press [OK] to display the following [Add License] window.

To end the auxiliary function setting, press [CANCEL].

Input alphanumerics with numeric input keys and then press [OK] to confirm the license addition.

To cancel the addition, press [CANCEL].

If the addition of a license fails, the following [Add License] appears again.

If the addition of a license fails, the following message appears.

Message	Details
The license is not allowed.	License cannot be handled by the mini-pendant
Invalid license.	When fixed-term license has expired
Success!	When addition successfully complete

Remove the License

Select [Remove] with the up and down cursor keys and then press [OK]. A window asking whether to delete a license appears as shown below.

To end the auxiliary function setting, press [CANCEL].

If the license deletion fails, the following message appears.

Message	Details
Removing is not allowed.	When the deletions is prohibited (no user permission for deletion, fixed-term license)
Success!	When delete successfully complete
