Setting the Control Log and Servo Log Recording Interval and Duration

"Control log and Servo log mode" と "Control log and Servo log sampling time" for recording control log and servo log can be configured in the ring buffer.

The recording interval can be set from 1-32 ms.

The recording time can be set from 1-1920 s.
