External Mode (Output)

Function

The signal outputs to the external device that the robot is in the external mode.

Usage

In order to start-up the program from the external device,the start-up privilege is set to other than Teach Pendant and the selector switch is set to AUTO.

This signal is used to confirm to the external device that the robot is in extanal mode.
This signal is always ON if the robot controller is pendant-less state.

For the Ver.1.9.* or higher, when the IO parameter of "162: TP-less mode, enable linkage of external mode output" is set to 1, this signal turns ON/OFF according to the switching ON/OFF of the Enable Auto, if the controller is under the pendant-less state. For details, refer to the "I/O" of PARAMETER LIST.

ON Conditions

The signal will be turned ON when the start-up privilege is set to other than Teach Pendant,and the selector switch is set to AUTO.

OFF Conditions

  1. When switching to Manual or Teach Check mode.
  2. When Teach Pendant has a start-up privilege.
  3. When an Enable Auto is turned OFF.
