Robot Error (Output)

Function

The signal outputs to the external device that a problem (such as a servo error or a program error) occurs with the robot.

Usage

  1. The signal is used to turn ON the robot external operating panel error indicator lamp.
  2. The signal is used to help the PLC clear an error in response to a Robot Error signal.

ON Conditions

This signal turns ON when an error which error level is 3 or higher occurs.

For details about error level, refer to "Error Levels" of ERROR CODE.

OFF Conditions

As shown below, the signal will be turned OFF under the following conditions.

  1. When Clear Robot Error is inputted and the existing error is cleared.
  2. When the existing error is cleared by operating the OK or Cancel key on the teach pendant or the mini-pendant.
