Specifications of the Robot Protective Jacket Set for Food Processing

• Heat resistance: 100°C

  (However, use the jacket within the allowable operating temperature range (0 to 40°C) when it is put on the robot.)

• Chemical resistance: Sodium hypochlorite and alcohol can be used.

The jacket is warranted only during a period from taking it out of the package to putting it on the robot.

The jacket is designed to be integrated from the top to the base without any joint separation so that liquid runs easily down the surface for easy washing.

• Sodium hypochlorite (with concentration of up to 200 ppm)

Method

• Soaking (recommended)

  This requires the robot jacket to be taken off of the robot but allows secure washing and sterilization.

• Wiping with chemical

  This allows the washing and sterilization of the robot with the robot jacket on.

• For the detergent and disinfectant, contact your DENSO representative.
