Overview
Mounting an EtherNet/IP Adapter board in the robot controller enables the controller to communicate with external devices according to the EtherNet/IP-compliant protocol. The robot controller may easily exchange I/O data with EtherNet/IP-compliant Network devices.
This function is available in Ver.1.3.6 or higher.
Operating Environment
To use a EtherNet/IP Adapter board, you need to prepare an expansion board (EtherNet/IP Adapter board) and a function expansion license certificate. For details, refer to "Options for Robot Controller" and "Optional Function and License".
