Configuration of the Conveyor Tracking System with Two Conveyors and One Robot
The example of the vision tracking system is illustrated below.
This application is effective in the case where the conveyor's speed is so slow that the robot has excessive time to pickup workpieces.
When the controller obtains position data of workpiece, obtains the conveyor number at the same time. Based on the obtained data, the robot picks up the target workpiece on the conveyor.
