Consideration for Disposal

Lithium-ion battery is built in COBOTTA. When disposing of COBOTTA, observe the regulations and your local government rules related to the waste disposal. Also, pay attention to the following points.

  1. The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not recharge, disassemble, heat above 100℃ (212°F), or incinerate.
  2. Dispose of used battery promptly. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in fire.
  3. Do not dispose of uninsulated batteries together with metals and any conductive items. Doing so may cause fire or explosion.
Before disposal, make sure to insulate batteries by sealing battery terminals with insulation tapes or other appropriate ways. Dispose of them as non-burnable waste. Observe local regulations if there are any applicable regulations about battery disposal in your region.
