Machine Lock

Lock the machine to perform simulations with Remote TP/Virtual TP without running the robot practically.

Lock the Machine When

  1. Testing programs without running the robot practically.
  2. Checking the cycle time.

The cycle time calculated may be shorter than the actual one since End motion (@0 option) will apply to the Encoder value check motion when the machine is locked.

Also, the robot trajectory may deviate from the actual motion.In order to check the accurate cycle time and robot motion, use the actual machine.

Operation Procedure

This setting can be made by the button operations of Remote TP/Virtual TP.
