Software Installation

This section describes the installation method for software for programming.

List of Installation Methods for Software

Software name and description	Method
Cobotta World Software for Android OS. No license is required.	Available for download at "Google Play," an Android app download service site. Search for a software name shown on the left at Google Play and download and install the software. The software on the left is part of a software set called "Mobile Tools."
Remote TP Software for Android OS. No license is required. Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot. An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.
COBOTTA parameter tool for Android Software for Android OS. No license is required. Install WINCAPSIII to use it on Windows OS. When WINCAPSIII is installed, the COBOTTA parameter tool for Windows is also installed.
WINCAPSIII Software for Windows OS. Use the license below to use WINCAPSIII. License WCDY-S2M3-TXVU-B4VJ Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot. An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.	Install this software using the COBOTTA software DVD that comes with COBOTTA when it is purchased. For details, refer to Readme_en.txt contained in the COBOTTA software DVD.
Virtual TP Software for Windows OS. It is included in the software set called "Robot Tools." Therefore, install Robot Tools. When a screen is displayed to prompt for license during installation, register the following license for Virtual TP to use it. License RTGP-Y1SI-NTI9-8PVM Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot. An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.
EVP Software for Windows OS. It is included in the software set called "RC Vision." Therefore, install RC Vision. When a screen is displayed to prompt for license during installation, register the following license for EVP to use it. License VTGU-T2AZ-FKJK-452R Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot. An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.

Install WINCAPSIII to use it on Windows OS. When WINCAPSIII is installed, the COBOTTA parameter tool for Windows is also installed.

WINCAPSIII

Software for Windows OS.

Use the license below to use WINCAPSIII.

License: WCDY-S2M3-TXVU-B4VJ

Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot.
An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.

Install this software using the COBOTTA software DVD that comes with COBOTTA when it is purchased.

For details, refer to Readme_en.txt contained in the COBOTTA software DVD.

Virtual TP

Software for Windows OS.

It is included in the software set called "Robot Tools." Therefore, install Robot Tools.

When a screen is displayed to prompt for license during installation, register the following license for Virtual TP to use it.

Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot.
An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.

EVP

Software for Windows OS.

It is included in the software set called "RC Vision." Therefore, install RC Vision.

When a screen is displayed to prompt for license during installation, register the following license for EVP to use it.

License: VTGU-T2AZ-FKJK-452R

Refer to the description provided below if the license is already used for other Denso robot.
An additional license is required to use it for other Denso robot.

If Software is Already Used for Other Denso Robot

The following software among those shown above are exclusively used for COBOTTA.

Proprietary software for COBOTTA
Cobotta World
COBOTTA parameter tool for Android

Software other than those used exclusively for COBOTTA are also used for other DENSO robots (hereafter, common software).

Therefore, some users may already have installed and used the common software on their tablets or PCs.

Entering the license for COBOTTA for the software already installed enables the software to be used for COBOTTA.

If the version of the software is old, it can be unusable.

However, if the version of the common software is old over the version of software in the COBOTTA unit purchased, it may not be possible to correctly operate COBOTTA.

Therefore, if the common software has already been installed on a tablet or PC, update it to the latest version.

The latest version of software can be obtained through the DVD supplied with COBOTTA or our HP.
