OPTIONAL FUNCTION AND LICENSE
To use an optional function, the function needs to be enabled by entering the license key beforehand.
For detailed information about entering license keys, see "Displaying and Adding/Deleting Function Extension Screen" on TEACH PENDANT OPERATION GUIDE.
The way of obtaining the license key is different depending on whether the license is purchased one or free license. See the table below.
| Type | How to obtain License key |

| Paid | The license key is written in the license card which is shipped with the products. For about the way of purchasing license, please contact our sales representatives or supplier. |
| Free | Visit Denso Wave website (member site) then click "RC8 Free License Confirmation" on the right side of the screen. Select a product name from the pull down menu then enter RC8 Serial Number which is written in RC8 robot controller. |
