Panel Designer Overview

WINCAPSIII includes the Panel Designer, a smart TP editor for creating smart TP (TP) panel screen software by simply arranging parts on the computer screen and then specifying action source code for the events associated with them.

In order to activate the Panel Designer, create new TP file by using WINCAPSIII or double-click the existing TP file.
