Battery Warning (output)

Function

This signal tells the external device that the voltage of the encoder backup battery has dropped below the specified level.

Terminal number

#26 on Digital I/O connector

Usage

This signal is used to check the timing for battery replacement (to check when the battery voltage drops below the specified lower level).

Output condition

This signal will be issued when the voltage of the encoder backup battery has dropped below the specified level.

OFF condition

The signal will be turned OFF when the power is turned ON after the dead battery was replaced.
