Servo ON (Output)

Function

The signal outputs to the external device that the power to the motor of the robot is turned ON.

Usage

Starting the program requires the power to the motor to be turned ON. This signal is used as a condition at this time. Also, this signal is used to light the motor power ON indicator lamp on an external operating panel.

ON Conditions

The signal will be turned ON when the power to the motor is turned ON by the following operations or inputs.

  1. When the MOTOR key of the smart TP or mini-pendant is activated.
  2. When the motor is turned ON by "motor ON by mode switching (operation preparation) command" from the external device.

OFF Conditions

The signal will be turned OFF when the power to the motor is turned OFF by the following operations or inputs.

  1. When the "MOTOR" key of the smart TP or mini-pendant is turned OFF.
  2. When "Emergency stop" button of the smart TP or mini-pendant is operated.
  3. When External Emergency Stop is input from the external device.
  4. When a Robot Error is outputted.
