Fixing for Floor Mounting

The following describes how to fix the robot for floor mounting.

Concrete Used to Install the Robot

Concrete used to install the robot must be able to withstand the gravity and the reaction force generated by the robot.

  • The concrete surface should be horizontal and flat.
  • Avoid installing machines that generates vibrations near the robot installation area. It may reduce the repeatability of the robot. Install the machines in a suitable location to minimize vibration.

It is recommended that concrete meets the following conditions.

  • Concrete type: non-cracked concrete
  • Concrete thickness: threaded anchor rod dimension + 50 mm (minimum)*
  • Concrete resistance(C20/25) : Fck,cube = 25 N/mm2

*When using the robot fixing plate (option): minimum 220 mm
