Connecting a Cable to X70 Connector (Reference)

Solder an electric wire and a contact.

Pass the electric wire through the backshell, attach the contact to the contact hole of the connector.

After attaching, lightly pull the electric wire to make sure that the contact is locked.

Fix the receptacle connector (dummy) as shown in the figure below.

Assemble the plug connector, and then tighten the backshell.
