Specifications and I/O Allocation

RC9 is compatible with both CC-Link Ver. 1.10 and Ver. 2.00. Select the same CC-Link version for the Slave as the one you selected for the Master. If different CC-Link versions are selected for the Master and Slave, communication cannot be established between them.

For the robot controller software version 1.9.x or later, "2.0 (Ver1.1 compatible)" is newly available. Select "2.0 (Ver1.1 compatible)" if you want to keep only the I/O allocation compatible with CC-Link Ver. 1.10 while selecting Ver. 2.00 for the Master.

Remote I/O RX and RY

The remote I/O RX and RY handle the CC-Link-dedicated I/O signals and general-purpose I/O signals all by bit. Note that the system area is not available.

Remote Register RWr and RWw

The remote resistor RWr and RWw are areas capable of processing the ON/OFF state of 16 consecutive I/O points as 16 bits of word data.

I/O Allocation

The I/O port numbers assigned to the CC-Link slave terminal are 512 to 767 and 4096 to 7871 for input, and 768 to 1023 and 7872 to 11647 for output.

However, available port numbers differ depending on the version of CC-Link. For details, visit the following links.
