CC-Link Slave Terminal

This page explains the CC-Link slave terminal, an optional function for the RC9 series robot controller.

Overview

The CC-Link slave terminal enables the robot controller to communicate with external devices according to the CC-Link-compliant communication protocol and easily exchange I/O data with CC-Link-compliant network devices.

Operating Environment

A license for function extension is required in addition to the extension terminal (CC-Link slave terminal).

Mount the CC-Link slave terminal on a DIN rail, which is an optional component for the robot controller. For details, refer to “Connecting method” in “I/O Options”.
