Brake Release Harness for RC8 Extended-joint/MC8 UL-Listed Model
This is an option for UL-listed model.
UL-listed model cannot release Extended-joint brake with teach pendant. However, when the brake release harness for RC8 extended-joint/MC8 UL-listed model (Option) is inserted to the brake line, by connecting the harness to 24V DC power supply (prepared by customer) and a brake release switch, a brake release circuit can be structured.
When you use a brake release harness for RC8 extended-joint/MC8 UL-listed model, prepare a warning label by customer side and place it to a brake release switch nearby.
Be sure to write down the caution of the motor's unexpected motions on the warning label; e.g. Beware of the motor's motions.
Do not use a brake release harness for RC8 extended-joint/MC8 UL-listed model for other than UL-listed model. Doing so will result in a failure.
How to Insert Brake Release Harness for RC8 Extended-joint/MC8 UL-Listed Model
Insert the brake release harness for RC8 extended-joint/MC8 UL-listed model to the brake line as shown the figure.
