Overview of I/O Extension Boards
If you need I/O signal lines more than the ones provided on the Mini I/O port and Hand I/O port or if you want to control the robot in any of the various field networks, add up to two I/O extension boards to the extension slots (there are three slots) in the controller as shown below.
