Servo ON (Output)

Function

The signal outputs to the external device that the power to the motor of the robot is turned on.

Usage

Starting the program requires the power to the motor to be turned on. This signal is used to light the motor power on indicator lamp on an external operating panel.

ON Conditions

The signal will be turned on when the power to the motor is turned on.

  • [ON] of the motor button on Remote TP/Virtual TP is long-pressed.
  • Operation mode is changed from Direct preparation mode to Direct mode.
  • "Motor on" is executed by I/O command from an external device.

OFF Conditions

The signal will be turned off when the power to the motor is turned off.

  • [OFF] of the motor button on Remote TP/Virtual TP is long-pressed.
  • Emergency Stop button is pressed.
  • "External emergency stop input" signal or "Protective stop input" signal signal is turned off.
  • An error with Level4 or higher occurred and "Robot error" is output.
