Robot Error (Output)
Function
The signal outputs to the external device that a problem (such as a servo error or a program error) occurs with the robot.
Usage
This signal is used to inform PLC of "Robot error" occurrence so that PLC executes troubleshooting. This signal is also used for a robot error lamp of an external operation panel or other device.
ON Conditions
This signal turns on when an error which error level is 3 or higher occurs.
For details about error level, refer to "Error Levels" of Error Code.
OFF Conditions
- This signal turns off when I/O command "Clear robot error" is input from an external device and the abnormal condition is cleared.
- When the existing error is cleared by operating the [OK] or [Cancel] key on the Remote TP/Virtual TP.
