Robot Warning (Output)

Function

The signal outputs to the external device that a minor error occurs with an I/O command or during servo processing.

Usage

This signal is used to inform PLC of “Robot warning” occurrence so that PLC executes troubleshooting. This signal is also used for a robot error lamp of an external operation panel or other device.

ON Condition

This signal turns on when an error which error level is 1 or 2 occurs.

For details about error level, refer to "Error Levels" of Error Code.

OFF Conditions

• This signal turns off when I/O command "Clear robot error" is input from an external device and the abnormal condition is cleared.
• When the existing error is cleared by operating the [OK] or [Cancel] key on the Remote TP/Virtual TP.
