Restriction when Using a Junction

It may be restricted to use depending on the junction connection position.

The following describes the restriction condition and content.

Use of Junction is Restricted

Condition

When using on the path to the digital input/output terminal or using in the upper part than the digital input/output terminal, there is the restriction.

Restriction

Only one of either CU1123 (3-port) or CU1124 (4-port) can be used. CU1128 (8-port) cannot be used.

Example

The figure below shows an example of incorrect use.

The number of junctions that can be connected to the upper part than the digital input/output terminal is limited to one, so the junction enclosed by the red square cannot be used.

Use of Junction is not Restricted

When the digital input/output terminal is not used or using in the lower part than the digital input/output terminal, there is no restriction.

The figure below shows an example of correct use.
