Preparing the Motion

Motion preparation is required to start to move COBOTTA from the following status.

• At the startup of COBOTTA
• When a safety-related error status (COBOTTA LED is red) is released
• When the emergency stop input signal or the protective stop input signal was released once and then a short circuit occurred
• When safety data was sent to COBOTTA

Until the motion preparation is finished, motor on, job start up, direct teach, or bake releasing cannot be performed.

Operation Procedure

When the motion preparation is required, the following window will be displayed.

When all parameters are confirmed, [Motion Preparation] button will be enabled. Tap the [Motion Preparation] button. When the following window disappears, the motion preparation has been completed.

Safety Parameter ID

Safety parameter ID is a specific value that changes depending on the parameter setting values.

This is used to check the scene of the safety parameter stored in COBOTTA.
