Air Piping,Signal Wiring, and Solenoid Valve Specifications

The VS-6556/6577 series is equipped with seven air pipes for air chuck, 10 signal lines, and 3 solenoid valves in it. The air piping and signal wiring of the VS-6556/6577 series are shown on this and the following figures.

Supply dry air filtered through an air filter (Recommended filtration rating: 5 μm or below).

- Before piping, blow the air tube out with dry air to clean out the inside (flushing); otherwise, any chips, cutting oil, dust or dirt remaining in the air tube may result in a damaged valve.
