Servo Amplifier Custom Setting
The servo amplifier custom setting allows you to select a control mode and adjust settings such as gain tuning by using setting tools provided by a servo amplifier maker instead of using RC9 controller functions.
To adjust parameters using the servo amplifier custom setting, enable [Enable Servo amplifier custom setting] in [Servo Amp Parameter].
The following functions are unavailable while the parameter [Enable Servo amplifier custom setting] is enabled.
| Servo Parameters | Inertia ratio[%] |
|---|---|
| Positional loop gain [Hz] | |
| Allowable positional deviation range [rev] | |
| Speed proportional gain [Hz] | |
| Speed integral gain [ms] | |
| Low pass filter time constant [ms] | |
| Torque offset amount [% to rated torque] | |
| Path Parameters | Max Motor accel time |
| PAC command | CurLmt command |
|---|---|
| ErAlw command | |
| Other functions | Auto gain tuning |
| Regenerative resistor type | |
| Regenerative resistor thermostat input port | |
| Releasing a brake using the recommended circuit | |
| Brake lift time | |
| Brake close time | |
| Encoder reset |
- Recommended brake release circuit
- The following parameters
- The following functions of the RC9 robot controller
Using the servo amplifier custom setting with improper servo amplifier settings can lead to unintended operations.
Allow only operators who can set the parameters properly to set them.
