Obtaining a ESI File

A ESI file, which is read in the network configuration software, is used to establish, manage, and design networks on your PC.

Download an ESI file with one of the following ways.

Download from COBOTTA Main Unit

ESI file has been installed in COBOTTA beforehand. Connect your PC to COBOTTA through Ethernet, and then obtain the file from the following URL.

The ESI file to obtain differs depending on the software you use; SysmacStudio (software manufactured by OMRON), or other software.

URL	http://<COBOTTA IP Address>/ESI/
File name	Other than SysmacStudio is used : Cobotta ECS V1.0.xml SysmacStudio is used : Cobotta ECS V1.0A.xml

<COBOTTA IP Address> is an IP address of the COBOTTA.

You can check COBOTTA's IP address with a Remoto TP/Virtual TP. For details, see "Displaying and Changing Comminication Settings Screen".

Download from DENSO WAVE website for use. To download the file, you need to register on DENSO ROBOT MEMBER.
