Configuration of the Circular Tracking System with Two Turntables and One Robot
The example of the vision tracking system is illustrated below.
This application is effective in the case where the turntable's speed is so slow that the robot has excessive time to pickup workpieces.
When the controller obtains position data of workpiece, obtains the conveyor number at the same time. Based on the obtained data, the robot picks up the target workpiece on the turntable.

Connect the encoder of the second turntable to the master controller as well.
Encoder Hub
For encoder hub, there are old model and new model.
If you use a new model, connect the encoder line of the motor & encoder cable to the encoder hub's connector port indicated as "ROBOT-0" (on the left side viewed from the front).
