Supervisory Task

A supervisory task is a task that can be executed regardless of the operation mode of COBOTTA.

The supervisory task does not stop due to errors other than Level 5.

It can be used as an always-active system program while the COBOTTA is running.

  • Automatic recovery process during errors in facilities or robots
  • Simple control of facilities

The supervisory task can be automatically started when the COBOTTA is turned on.

This task cannot run the robot directly. It cannot obtain control authority of axes. Therefore, it cannot run statements that require to obtain control authority of axes.
