Supervisory Task

The supervisory task can be executed regardless of the robot controller's operation modes and other settings.

The supervisory task does not stop due to errors other than Level 5.

It can be used as an always-active system program while the robot controller is running.

  • Automatic recovery process during errors in facilities or robots
  • Simple control of facilities

The supervisory task can be automatically started when the robot controller is turned on or the operation mode is set to Auto mode.

This task cannot run the robot directly. It cannot obtain control authority of axes. Therefore, it cannot run statements that require to obtain control authority of axes.
