Note 3: Pins #1 to #19 on CN21 and those on CN20 are connected with each other. The maximum rated current per line is 1A. Note 4: Use the attached connector set for CN20 and CN21. |
Supply dry air filtered through an air filter (Recommended filtration rating: 5 µm or below).
Before piping, blow the air tube out with dry air to clean out the inside (flushing); otherwise, any chips, cutting oil, dust or dirt remaining in the air tube may result in a damaged valve.

*1: The connector design was changed in May 2019. As these connectors are interchangeable, either connector can be used for robot connection. However, applicable wire diameter is different from the old and new models. If you use a new connector, select a cable that satisfies the applicable wire diameter listed in the above table.
