Changing the Mechanical Ends
The procedure of changing the mechanical ends is as follows by using the mechanical stoppers.

Prepare the mechanical stopper and fixing bolts.
(Manufactured by the customer).

Remove the 2nd-axis and 3rd-axis cover.

Install the mechanical stopper to the fixing position of the robot using four bolts.
Tightening torque: 3.9 Nm±20%
Note: Pay attention to the direction of the mechanical stopper. (Refer to the reference drawings.)
4
Reinstall the 2nd-axis and 3rd-axis cover.
Tightening torque: 0.59 Nm±20%
5
Change the software motion limits so as to be inside the mechanical end positions.
