When Extended-Joint Motors Do Not Work Properly

If an extended-joint motor does not work properly, check the following points.

Conditions Check points ⁄ Measures
Motor does not move A motor line may be disconnected.
Motor can move but only a little
  • Parameter settings may be incorrect.
  • A motor line may be wrongly connected.
Unintended motor moves
An encoder error occurs It may have any noise or cable malfunctions.

Any other error occurs Follow the error recovery instructions.
