How to Install a Force Sensor
To install the sensor, you need to prepare a mounting stay beforehand.
For information about a mounting stay for the WACOH-TECH force sensor, refer to Mounting stay for the force sensor Dyn-Picy (PDF:411KB).
If all of the following conditions are met, refer to "Diagram for the Connector Case-equipped Force Sensor Mounting Stay (PDF:13MB)". Note that using this stay makes the robot tool end coordinate system and the force sensor coordinate system displaced. In this case, set the Attachment position (Rz) to +135°.
- Internal wiring of a robot is used for the wiring between a robot controller and a force sensor.
- A force sensor with a connector case is used.
