[Common for all Allocation modes] Types and Functions of System Input Signals

The table below lists the system input signals that are commonly used in all allocation modes.

Stop *1

External Emergency Stop (dual lines) Release of this signal stops the robot in an emergency.
Protective Stop (dual lines) When the signal is released with Auto mode, programs will be suspend and the motor will be turned off.
Select mode Enable Auto
(dual lines)

Short-circuiting this signal enables switching to Auto mode.

*1 : In External automatic operation, be careful with the following points:

  1. The moment each of these signals is released, the corresponding stop processing starts.
  2. As long as it is not necessary to stop the robot, these stop signals should be short-circuited.

System output signals are checked every 8 ms.
