Noise Reduction When Using RS-422A Micro Converter

If this product is subjected to strong noise, force sensor communication-related errors may occur.
In this case, from the following two remedies, perform Remedy 1 first.
If an error still occurs, perform Remedy 2.

Remedy 1

Install two ferrite cores (Kitagawa Industries Co.,Ltd: MRFC-20 or alike) to the cable not connecting to the power source.
Coil the cable around the ferrite cores so that the cable passing through four times for each ferrite core.

Remedy 2

With the grounding wire, connect the RS-422A micro converter-connecting connector and a robot controller.
