Pendant Connector of the Slave Controller

Make sure that the pendant connector of the slave controller is connected to a pendantless dummy connector except when you configure the slave controller. The same applies to a UL-listed robot set.
Therefore, if you use a UL-listed robot set as a slave controller, you need to purchase the pendantless dummy connector separately.

Regarding the Emergency Stop (Reason for the Descriptions Above)

If you connect the pendant connector of the slave controller to either of the following devices and press the emergency stop button of the device during robot operation, the robots performing cooperative operation will stop with different timings.

• Teach pendant
• Mini-pendant
• Emergency stop switch box

When executing an emergency stop to the robots performing cooperative operation, be sure to use either of the following devices to stop the robots.

• Above-mentioned device connected to the pendant connector of the master controller
• Emergency stop device connected to the External Emergency Stop input of the master controller
