Setup Procedure of Free Curve Interpolation during Tracking

The following explains the setup procedure of free curve interpolation (TrackMove S) during tracking.

(1) Setting Conveyor Tracking

Execute the setting of hardware and/or conveyor.

For details about operation, refer to "Setup Procedure of Sensor Tracking" or "Setup Procedure of Vision Tracking".

(2) Setting Free Curve Interpolation by Tracking

Set the free curve interpolation by using [Free Curve Interpolation] on teach pendant according to the procedure below.

1. Register workpieces in target tracking buffer.
2. Operate the conveyor, move the workpieces to the tracking range and register the current position.
3. Teach the robot the path points of the workpieces.
4. Confirm the registered path points.
5. Save the path points
